However, in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, you may return or exchange the item within 5 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following terms and conditions. Please note, we do not offer international returns or exchanges. Additionally, items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags intact. Your items will be inspected by our customer service team before your refund is processed.

In line with our 5-day return policy, it is essential that you contact us promptly to begin the return process. Returns cannot be initiated or accepted without prior approval via email. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number along with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange for an eligible item. Returns received after the 5-day return window will not be accepted. Ostra reserves the right to refuse an exchange, store credit, or refund if the returned garment does not meet our policy requirements after inspection.
