Customs, Taxes & Duties

Ostra is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal service that their items are pending payment of customs duties and taxes. If a shipment is returned to us under such circumstances, we will issue a refund for the merchandise only, minus any return shipping fees incurred.
